After pondering the question for awhile I've come to the conclusion that it doesn't offer an easy answer. With Hung being such a deep system and having many variations from different branches, regions and such. The only way to define it is by it's roots and by roots I mean the underlying principles that are found across all branches.
I guess all our interpretations are going to be different so we could also ask ourselves, how do we define Hung from our own experience and perspectives?
So what defines "Hung Kuen" these days?
