the description says so (訣 vs. 法), the thing is - they do not match each other, and, one characters (分) is both "concept" and "method".

as far as i remember, i have seen similar list, if my memory serves me well, it was a list o some WCH keywords... Mai Gei Wong WCH has similar list (摊截沉标吞切偷漏黏摸烫荡), so do many other systems, not only WCH

i personaly think that the list above is not connected to most common lineage of Hung Kyun, ie. the one from WFH, and also not related to our tit sin kyun

lau = keep, reserve... hard to translate, as the character is just a part of many connotation (two character words) connected with lau keyword
