Deze workshop is bedoeld voor iedereen die zich eens wil verdiepen in Kung Fu en Tai Chi. Deze ogenschijnlijk totaal verschillende stijlen in één workshop biedt u de mogelijkheid om zelf eens te ervaren hoe de oude Chinese Interne en Externe stijlen van Martial Arts zich tot elkaar verhouden.

Door een aantal eenvoudige en leuke oefeningen en vormen, hopen we u inzicht te geven in wat Shaolin Hung Gar Kung Fu en/of Tai Chi Tao u kan bieden.

Ervaring in één van beide gebieden is niet nodig voor deze workshop. De workshop is zo opgebouwd dat het een goed overzicht geeft van verschillende gebieden van beide stijlen. Aan bod zullen komen: oefeningen gericht op houdingen in Kung Fu en Tai Chi, oefeningen gericht op beweging in Kung Fu en Tai Chi en oefeningen waarbij men samen de effecten van actie en reactie ervaart van bewegingen zowel uit Kung Fu als Tai Chi. Al met al een vol programma voor de hele dag en wij hopen dan ook dat u er net zoveel plezier aan beleeft als wij.


Korte Bio:
Ted Duijvenstijn geeft les en workshops in Tai Chi Tao.Ted is begonnen bij Jan Kraak en leerde daar Jan Kraak's Tai Chi Tao. Verder heeft hij zich verdiept in Tai Chi Chuan, Medische Qi Gong en algemene Traditionele Chinese Geneeskunde.

Mark de Haan is leraar van de School van de Tijger (Hung Gar Kungfu) en heeft door de jaren heen een breed inzicht gekregen in Martial Arts en verdiept zich tevens in TCG.



De workshop wordt gehouden op zaterdag 29 mei 2010, de zaal is open vanaf 09.30, in
BUURTCENTRUM DE BRINK, GRIEND 33-07 8225 SX LELYSTAD

Voor koffie en thee wordt gezorgd en voor de lunch zorgt u zelf.

De kosten van de workshop zijn € 75.- en aan de zaal te voldoen.

This workshop is meant for anyone who wants to look into Kung Fu and Tai Chi. This apparently totally different styles in one workshop, offers you the possibility to experience how these old Chinese internal and external styles relate to eachother.

Through some easy and fun excercises and forms, we hope to give you some insight in what Shaolin Hung Gar Kung Fu and/or Tai Chi Tao can mean to you.

Experience in either of the two areas is not required. The workshop is build up so it will give you an overview of different areas of both styles. Parts handled: excercises aimed at posture and stances in both Kung fu and Tai Chi, excercises aimed at movement in both Kung Fu and Tai Chi and excercises where people will experience the effects of action and reaction of movements in both kung Fu and Tai Chi. All in all a full program for the whole day and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Short Bio:
Ted Dijvenstijn teaches and gives workshops in Tai Chi Tao. Ted started Tai Chi with Jan Kraak and learned from him Jan Kraak's Tai Chi Tao. Further more, he has deepened his knowledge in Tai Chi Chuan, Medical Chi Gong and general Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Mark de Haan is teacher at the School of the Tiger (Hung Gar Kung Fu) and through the years has gained an extensive insight on different Kung Fu styles and also is studying TCM.

The Workshop will be held on Saturday May 29th 2010, the gym is open from 09.30h, in activitycenter De Brink, Griend 22-07 8225 SX in Lelystad.

Coffee and Tea will be provided, lunch is for your own account.

The costs for the workshop are €75,- and can be paid at the entrance.
