i got an idea for a new topis (from another thread):
i am sure we as a Hung Kyn players all work on our stance training, "golden bridges", saam jin sau, plus exercises like rattan ring, heavy weapons, syk or tsk...
how about heavy weights training? dumbells, barbells, kettlebells - deadlifts, snatches, presses, whatever? bodyweight exercises? pull ups, gymnastic rings etc.? plyometrics?
