That's one of the reasons why I asked regarding the weights. I know about the classical stone locks and, from how I understood them, they were used differently than modern weight training equipment. That's why my first inclination when I saw the free weights was that they picked them up and started moving with them.
If you can't hit hard, hit them where they're soft.
