He's a Kobudo (Okinawan weapons,) guy that I found on the tube when researching Sai and Tonfa way before starting to learn Hung Gar. Using the Kobudo excercises for my Lin Gung, as well as HG stances and bicycling for the legs. That is, I'm [i]trying[i/] to do the Tonfa pushups.
