We have Fa Kuen sets: 3 fist forms.
These are more like element boxing, without animal techniques.

Mui Fa sets, are many of our weapon sets: Mui Fa Daan Do (Sabre), Mui Fa Cheung (Spear), Mui Fa Gim (Sword).
Especially the Sabre and Spear form are doing well in Southern Fist Competions.

Our Dagger set is from Mok Gar, with the usual Mok style kicks.
