it's that time again.... again

been a while since i posted, anyway. Chinese new year is fast approaching. Good luck to all you lion dancers and people. Life is going to get hectic. 2 weeks of restaurant shows is always fun and crazy.

Rik, are you doing any shows? Every year i try and find a day to go to a show to see a performance and just eat. I never get the chance sadly, always too busy doing our shows.. maybe this year.

Hung Family Fist-please extend my thanks to Sifu Mike for referring that Lion Dance gig for me. I know he was overbooked that day-I think that's his Statan Island show-from what I recall, that was a big show, and great food!
As it turns out, that show is on the way to another show, which is also on Merrick Rd. So it works out fine.We are doing three that night, one at 5, one at 8 and one at 9pm. Usually, last minute calls don't get booked, but we lucked out.
