After the one I showed earlier this year at the Southern Shaolin Temple an update. It shows a lot of influence by the things I learned at PM's gwoon. It shows how I practice the set right now, which is not necessarily how I practice tomorrow as right now I'm taking time to explore/research this certain way. I will most likely end up with a mix, so please don't pick on me on that
If you have some criticism/pointers that helps me going forward I would highly appreciate so. Personally I think the biggest advance I made is with the lin gung training I do, which I think is reflecting back in the video.
But as always, I know I still need a lot of training.
