Dear Friends, Students, Martial Art Master,

I cordially invite you to participate in the First 2008 Hong Kong World Top Kung Fu Championship at Kowloon, Hong Kong. The main purpose of this soon to be historical event is to foster the martial arts/Kung Fu culture to showcase the art itself and to provide opportunities for all martial artists to interact and develop relationships. Grand Master Chiu Chi Ling has taken the initiative to set up this Championship coinciding with the 2008 Olympics in China to bring together the great pride and honor of the Kung Fu Culture from around the World including representatives from Pakistan, Taiwan, China, Italy, Switzerland, Malaysia, Japan, Britain, German, Holland, Belgium, Greece, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, and USA. The development of this event is not an easy task but the success of this event is brought about by the generous support of the Government of China, Wong Fei Hung Museum, Chin Woo, Local Officials, Sun Dak Bruce Lee Museum, Shaolin Temple, and many Hong Kong Martial Arts Associations covering the various styles. The Wong Fei Hung Museum donated the Wong Fei Hung Cup as the highest honor to Kung Fu for this event.

In addition to the tournament, we will also be celebrating the Great 65th Birthday Party for Grand Master Chiu Chi Ling who will also lead a Special Tour of China. We will visit sites such as the Wong Fei Hung Birthplace, Bruce Lee Museum, Chin Woo, and many Kung Fu Associations to learn about the Chinese Culture and the Kung Fu Heritage. All these visits are supported largely by the Government of China. Activities will also include Top Master Show/Demonstrations, Lion Dancing, and Dragon Dancing. You will have opportunities to sight-see the beautiful locales of China and Hong Kong. On this trip, you will have the opportunity to be selected to perform at the Special Hung Gar Program (represented solely by Grand Master Chiu Chi Ling Ten Dan) to be broadcast on CCTV in China with the chance to be recognized internationally around the World. You may be the next big Movie Action Star. Please register earlier so we can provide the best service for you.

Athletes will compete across styles and circuits. We make it a priority to acknowledge your school when your students win. I sincerely hope that you will come out and show your support of the International Chiu Chi Ling Hung Gar Association.
