HUNG GA SEMINAR IN NYC WITH SIFU SHARIF BEY

Sifu Sharif Bey, Disciple of Grandmaster Frank Yee Chi Wai, will be conducting the first of a series of Hung Ga seminars in New York City, Saturday, April 14th, and 440 Studios, 440 Lafayette St., Manhattan.
The series will encompass History, Training, and Usage. This seminar will feature:

HISTORY
An analysis of the true and authentic Shaolin Transmission and its impact on Southern Chinese Martial Arts

TRAINING
A GRUELING Hung Ga workout session focusing on Hung Ga's Internal and External Foundation training for Stance, Bridge and Body Connection/Linkage development

USAGE
Hung Ga's Mau Yi Sai Mein/Cat Washes Face Method: Principle, Training (solo development and 2-person drills), Application

Please show up early, as we will start PROMPTLY. Bring pen and pad for notes. NO CAMERAS ALLOWED. Hope to see you all there.
