Anybody know where i can watch the new Ip Man Flick. The film is set in his younger years of training and I believe where he meets Leung Bik.

I believe you are referring to《葉問前傳》AKA "The Legend is Born - Ip Man". You could probably find it easily on 土豆, but I am not sure about English subtitles. Also, I wouldn't want to encourage "illicit activity" , Bt you could download it easily online.
