yes, an excellent documentary, i second that! btw. i got Lam sifus Mok Ga book from my friend Ivan Rzounek sifu (), personally signed by grandmaster Lam and with his chop. excellent book as well. Lam sifu is held in highest esteem in China.

That is great you have a copy of Sigung Lam's book.
You do not have to tell me of Sigung Lam Chung Wei being held in highest esteem.
He is one of the few 5th Generation Mok Ga practitioners still active in spreading the art thru this students throughout the world.
