Ve-ry NIIIIICE!!! I like that it was a little of everything; training and fighting. Did you guys do forms and weapons practice as well? I know it's hard to put everything into a short video clip.

unfortunatelly i had only one tape, and it was already almost full, so i took only about 20 minutes.

we also worked extensively on gjffk and fhsyk, sabre and double ended staff, plus intensive stretching
