I understand that, but for all chambered positions throughout the sets? And keep them chambered until the next techniques? There are techniques plenty that can't be used this way. The whipping punch start FFK, the wood punches you start chambered, the jump you keep fists chambered, and more where pulling an arm is not really the obvious technique.

the wood punches' chamber teach the body how to coil up and load to generate the explosive power that crashes through th eopponent's bridges. Once this is understood and mastered, the chamber is no longer used, or more correctly, it is made smaller and less exagerrated.
We don't do that jump, but sometimes it could be to draw in the hands, as beginners tend to flap their arms for balance when doing jumps or kicks.
The preceding movement might offer clues as well. I believe it is a forearm crash with the reverse crane head? How does the jump connect with this? Is the forearm crash offensive or defensive?
