Hung Kuen Six Ging
Hello Again,
A while back I came up with these 6 small exercises and have been doing them on a daily basis since then.
Showing them here as I would love to hear what you think about them. Would you add other excercises? Remove some? Do some differently?
Also, I know I need lots of improvement in some of them. Chun ging is not yet feeling OK. I also noticed my double tiger is slanted, the body is not straight. If you notice anything else I do wrong, or have any other tips, do let me know
