wow-seems to have similar elements I've seen in Jow Ga's Siu Fook Fu Kuen, as well as Fu Jow P'ai's set-not sure of the name-but there is a youtube version of Tak Wah performing it. Might be a forerunner to these sets? Very nice.

Nice Franky!! I too see some elements reminiscent of Jow ga. From what i know, Sijo Jow Lung learned Hung ga first from his uncle Jow Hung who learned Hung ga before WFH. So i would think alot of the Hung in Jow ga may be "0ld style" although after Jow Lung passed away Jow Biu became the head and he had very good relationship with WFH. I'm not an authority so please forgive if i make a mistake.
Tailik sisook could surely elaborate. It's only my opinion that Jow ga may contain elements of both old style and WFH/LSW hung ga.
