I just got a instructional book that gives the basics and small routines including the use of benches and poles forboth the Northern and Southern Lions.
For those of you in NYC I obtained it from the Oriental Cultural Store (2nd floor on elizabeth street i the martial arts section. Cover is Yellow with a Northern Lion on it.
