hey folks,
Looking at some pictures of several sigung (shi gong) and kung fu practioners I see that most of them were in a very good athletic shape when young but when older in pictures their shape was no longer the same. Do you know about a good nutrition that masters have recommended to keep you in shape, building muscle and keep active at later age?
