What are your strength/conditioning methods?
I wasn't sure where to post this, either here or in the solo drills forum. I guess i'll let the moderators decide.
We know that in order to do damage, we need to have the proper set up and techniques, but we also need the weapon ie: our hands,feet,arms etc.... We need these weapons to be as damaging as possible to inflict as much pain as possible to end the conflict.
Just curious as to what methods do you guys use to strengthen/condition your limbs?
For starters, i use a 10lb weight tied to a foot long pole by a rope. I stand in horse with my arms outstreched while holding the pole and then begin turning it until the weight comes up. I do this until my arms can't handle it anymore. I also open and close my hands until it's just too painful to do it anymore.
