I like that idea of the scraping the fingers on the table to strengthen that area, whats a good repetition to do this exercise?

Wow, only a year. And yes, a BEAUTIFUL country.
They do have watermelons. In fact, I had some for supper sometimes. There were, DELICIOSO!!!
