Hehe cool stuff Franky. Feeling creative lately?

I am not going to lie...thats like the coolest thing I have seen in a LONG time.

heh, thats weird i thought it was just five animals in the lau tradition and the five elements were incorporated differantly, like elsewhere or something am i wrong?

also I cannot believe the hair either so Im going with wig, otherwise I'll have to change my lau kar fei computer character i use in soul calibur 4 (I'll be posting that coz its awesome!)

Lau Jaam learned sap ying kuen from Lam sai Wing and taught it to all his sons and also to Lau Kar Fei...later Lau Kar Leung created his own version of 5 animals and didnt teach sap ying anymore..Mark Ho Sifu though learned another version of the 5 element fist in Malaysia and added this into the curriculum. So originally we had sap ying kuen.
And in a way we still have it ,just in 2 seperate forms...

Mr. Franky Lau, what was the reason Lau Kar Leung made up a new form?

Personally, I would choose to learn the Lau family, it looks the coolest, and most effective, but what was the reasoning behind the change?

actually,the form has not many changes...the tiger and crane part is still the same as in fu hok..
the snake part has and leopard part is slightly different ,the snake part is also shorter...
the biggest difference has the dragon part,its first of all shorter and also played external...

I think my sigung found it more practical and also he prefers the 3 treasures over the 4 pillars...

Is there anyway I can learn the Lau family style without traveling? I am a struggling college student...money is kind of tight.

Are there any DVDs that you could recommend by someone who is from or learned in the Lau family?
