stance training with elastic ropes/bands
I just figured out an exercise for stance training. Especially for horse stance. I've got some short elastic ropes with clamps on their ends and you can make kind of a ring of them with a diameter of about 35-40 centimeters. I step in it, pull it up to my knees and go down to a horse stance. So the rope pulls my legs in like if somebody tried to push them from the outside. You can increase the force using more ropes, or stronger ones. I think it may be a good exercise. What do you think of it? Sorry if you don't understand what I mean, my english is not very good. I might upload a picture for illustration.
