stretching in the legs and hips
So i have had what I would call "Bad Knees" since i was younger. A bad mix of genetics, height, sports, and improper care. Most of my new problems i'm learning comes from too much tension on the outside of my legs and not enough strength on the inside muscles. this is pulling my patella off it's normal route, and causing issues.
So..... What legs stretches and strengthening excersises do you guys do/suggest? I'm specifically looking for stretches that will loosen up my ITB(illiotibial band). a quick google image search gives me some:
