UK Sword Ban

It's now illegal to buy or sell "Imitation Samurai swords".
I checked this out and basically it means ANY oriental sword including chinese and Korean
Good news is this is only for cheap imitations. Swords purchased for martial arts or collectors purposes SHOULD be un-affected but expect tighter restrictions when purchasing such as age verification.
I also found sites that require clubs and club members be joined to Official Assosiations. So if you or you club is not registered you may find it hard to get equiptment!!
Perhaps now is a good time to consider an international/national Hung gar assosiation that is not exclusive to one family lineage??
