Hey im back from my weekend away training with Sifu Wayne Husands! what an awesome experience! im knackered!! got loads of vieo footage heres some:
I went to learn moi fah kuen so i'll post both my sifu and myself (so u can see how its meant to be done!) i welcome comments and advice, it was my first time and sifu has pointed out alot of mistakes already but ur welcome to comment

Simply click the

I'm so tired at that point i feel like i'm about to drop down and die!
My whole inside was like jelly, thank goodness he didn't ask for me to perform with alot of power, i think i woulda just melted or something

yeah he really is a great sifu, unfortunatly i didn't get some of his best teaching moments on film (the moments when he explained something and it was like a bulb lit up in my head)
I thought it was pretty amazing i managed to get through moi fah after just 2-3 days albeit rather poorly. You'll be glad to know i can go through the form with a little more confidence now.
