Comments in this and other videos with the same guy suggest that this is Chiu Chi Ling lineage. We have a Cheun Saam Jeurng form with many similar components in Chiu Wai lineage, but with a few differences eg at 0:50 - 1:00, we play the leopard section from NYK/SYK.
