Important to note:

How one of the teachers was talking about how the "Elbow should be sunk and the hiegth of the shoulders and ect, ect ...." I really wish he WOULDN'T say stuff like that and make inferences to how Hung Kuen power is used.

I mean, I've been referring to those kinds of details about the arm and bridge work in Hung Kuen for years on these forums. But hey, i'm not a famous Chinese Guy... so it MUST NOT BE TRUE.

Ah that was cool. I've seen parts of it on YouTube etc, but never in the whole context as here. Although I have a feeling the end is not yet complete? It ended a bit abrupt.
