8 Diagram Pole
Posted: Mon Jan 21, 2013 11:13 pmI long while ago I came across a list of the names of the moves of the 8 Diagram Pole on a message board. I never bookmarked it and now would like to have a closer look at it. Does anyone here recall seeing it and happen to have it saved somewhere?
