I'm just curious about your question...

Are you reffering to Sensitivity as in Bridging and/or listening skills or drills?

Mabe similar to how Hung style might do thier own version of Chi Sao?

"O"

That kind of information can not be learned in a book or video. You will need to find a qualified teacher.

Here's what I came up with:
take the movements from FHSYK-the cornered fierce tiger, pawing sand,(Double opening hands to separate the two hand grab or push, into the double tiger claws, and the twin dragons embrace the moon(double hooking hands to separate low, and the double palm strike, or double leopard strikes) and put them together in a paired exercise. It links the hands with the stances as well.
Then, you can do it with single hands as well.
The double pushing hands in the second section of FHSYK (forgot the name..)is very similar to tai-gihk kuen's toi-sao when practiced with a partner, again double hands or single.
Enjoy!
