Hey,

anyone of you ever practised with a 12 ft pole ? I recently started some workout with this and I tell u thats a nice addition for power training...

the tallest one i have is 10 or 11 feet. But I can rarely use it. Rooms are too small for it. Occasionally i do it outside, but I use a 9 foot for general practice.

We do what i believe is called the "5th brother staff" from the Tong Fung System.
