From toes to head, passing for shin, abdomen chest etc?
Is it possible to condition all body to impact having minimum problem? It's possible to do this in a human time and way?
Well, it's a bit silly question, but I'm very curious.
I have an e-book about the 72 skills of shaolin but a lot of tips are a bit complicated to apply... Then I have doubt about the healt preservation using those tips...
There is someone that can give me more information about conditioning? I searched all around the web, but informations are few. Wikipedia talks about Wolff's Law, but in a minimal way. I didn't find either scientific research about this topic! I searched in pubmed and science daily, but nothing.
