I am thinking of go over to San Francisco to look in to joining Y C Wong school. He was a frend of my Si Kung [ T Y Wong] and I can't find any one around that teachs the style I have been doing for the past 30 +years. With no Sifu for around 20 years I have had no in put and wish to move on.
Any of you have any experience with this school and who is doing the teaching there now?

I actually train there. Sifu still teaches most the classes. His son teaches on the weekends.

What specifically are you looking for? Sifu's kung fu is really about be healthy and not so much about sparring. We do spar, but the emphasis is really more on forms.

I am a forms guy and at 59 years old health is most impotrint I still like to spar but not as hard as at one time
