"...Kong Pui Wai. Disciple of Late GM Chan Hon Chung. Kong is President of HKCMAA that's correct. Kong has also branched out and teaches his own system, cant recall the name of it. He is very hands on and can mix it up."

Gong sifu's system is called Hung Fung if i remember correctly

Yea, his system hung fung pai 洪凤派 is a combination of hung ga and phoenix claw, although as far as I am aware, the phoenix claw school doesn't really have any forms, it's just a specific technique and applications training.

He's cross-trained in Muay Thai, I believe our friend Alberto Biraghi used to work out with him...
