All kinds of naming questions.

Firstly a personal pet peeve of mine, my Sifu, who speaks english and broken mandarin/cantonese learned from chinese masters and his names for several techniques are a bit lodged in translation and example of these are as follows:

Bean cup
cup choi
pow choi
dang choi

If anyone could confirm the names and translate for me that'd be splendid

Also any kick and punch at the same time, my Sifu just calls them Lohan kicks, anything more to that?
