I can definately see the similarities between the Tang-Fong/Yuen Ling (who trained YCW) and Tang-Fong/Ho Lap-Tien's versions of Ng Ying Kuen and this set. Different than LSW in a few areas. I would be interested in the lineage of this version, as it is a pet project of mine to try and trace the origins of Tang-Fong Hung Kuen. Many in the TF line play the forms in completely different sequences, no two are alike. Not trying to hijack, mind you. Just looking for clues.

If you compare the vids, his seung gung fuk fu looks more like Ng Ying, and his Ng Ying looks more like what gung ji/seung gung fuk fu would like, haha

Hey Chris, How many non-WFH lineages have you seen? I am wondering if others' also have similarities. I am training with a guy who does a non-WFH line of Hung Kuen,(from Luk Ah-Choy) and he says he does Dan Gung Fook Fu, Seurng Gung Fuk Fu, and Fu Hok. So far, we played Fu Hok side by side-very similar. Although his bow was "sideways facing". We didn't go into detail and will be going deeper into the sets soon. (right now, we are just working on lien gung, iron palm, power generation, and shuai-jiao)
