hello,

i would like to open a discussion about Hung Kyun in full contact free fighting (saan da) with protective gear - headgear, mouthpiece, gloves, cup, shin protector. both sport saan da and school training/challenge matches saan da (ie. saan da which allows more than the rules of sport saan da, just uses the protective gear above)

- what kind of techniques do you train and use?
- what kind of strengthening and conditioning exercises do you drill?
- tactics and strategy you employ?
- etc.

I owuld love to be able to add here, but reality is I have more to learn before I'm ready for full contact sparring. I'll be following the thread with interest though, and hope to make up for the leeching in other threads. :oops:

Mok: the guy just throws kick, kam cheui and just stands to take punches... as a drill, or for demo, ok, but is has not much to do with free fighting
