step-by-step discussions of forms?

On the old forum, and the forum before that, we did step-by-step discussions of the forms. GGFFK was discussed as a whole (although the last part was a bit ruffled through) and Fu Hok only past the 10 Tigers.
Would you guys be interested in doing/continuing those?
If so, what would you like to do best: Start all over again with Gung Gee Fook Foo Kuen (could be interesting), or continue with Fu Hok?
I wouldn't mind to keep it going, post images & collect all the input to be released as a PDF for easy keeping once a form has been finished.
If we continue the Fu Hok, I can put the input so far into this forum and we could continue simply were we left off.
