omigod cartwheel....

That man is ridiculously spry and agile for a person 90 years of age. Discounting the cartwheel at the very end, which was a surprise in itself, all his movements throughout the form were very purposeful and snappy; something which should be very difficult for a person of advanced age given the stiffening of joints and the hardening of cartilage. A very nice and classy example of the benefits of proper lien gung when he was younger. That or excellent genetics.

Anyone trying to rob that man of his pension would certainly have to work hard to earn his paycheck. I wouldn't take him on with ten guys and an axe.

This Hung Gar Sifu is an inspiration to us all. His power speed and stances are incredible. I can not see anywhere on you tube where they mention his name. I would really like to know his name and more of his history.
I would really appreciate any background information on this incredible teacher.

Southern Shaolin „Tiger and Crane Double Form Set (Fu Hok Seung Ying 虎鶴雙形), performed Yeung Dakyau sifu 杨德友師傅 (90 years old at the time when the video was shot), a Nanjing 南京 practitioner of Naam Siulam Tingong Mun 南少林天罡門 and a TCM physician. He has started the training at the age of 6; he is currently 92 years old. only at Hungkyun.com, more videos coming soon!

Any more details on Tin Gang Mun would be really interesting. Thanks for posting.
