Having lived in the Philippines for more than 3 years I got to meet some real gung fu masters, some of them became my very good friends..one of them is Henry Lo Sifu lineage holder of the Lo Family (3rd generation) of Ng Jou Kuen (5 ancestor fist) ..his Grandfather Lo Yan Chu and his father Lo King Hui were both very famous..here I have now some real rare footage of Lo King Hui he was nearly 70 at this time...also his son Henry Lo sifu can be seen in younger years ...enjoy

Excellent!

His measures, use of air, and short power are notable. Very natural, and strong.

I met a westerner in Hong Kong who'd been studying Goju Ryu Karate in Okinawa whose practice had similar emphasis (if not actual achievement level ). It's notable that, like this school of Ngo Cho Kun, he'd also learned a variety of Chi Sau-type energy-interpretation drills (they all have their own names for it), likewise compatible with the Goju style framework, that I hadn't seen in U.S. Goju schools...

:D

Best,

Michael
