Grand master Lee Ngau "ox"

this is one Jow Ga's most famous forms. i've learned it from Sifu kong Yu Choi and i'd like to learn more about this form's concept, intention, and the techniques in this form. Would anyone be willing to share knowledge on the form?

last year saw one of Lee Ngau students who is now 70 perform Fu Pau kune in Hong kong as powerful as any I've seen. Powerful form. the student only practices Fu Pau kune and Siu Fuk Fu these days along with a handful weapons, but maintains his health by practicing Fu Pau everyday.
