Michael Staples is the author. That book was written a long time ago. There was very little information available to the author at the time, regarding Lama Pai, Bok Hok or Haap Ga.

The book is primarily based on the Haap Ga family of the Lama style.

Its an interesting book, but much of the history is wrong and a lot of the techniques are a bit 'funky'.

How many branches of Lama are there? And are there many differences between Hop Ga and your CTS Lama Pai?

Hmm I was sure I gave the three titles and other info here, but might be in another thread.

Got two of the three in and they are a good read. Large history sections but I guess thats all the usual

Now I just need to finish my other three books and then I move forward to these...
