Hey guys, here are some more ways that we train for strength and footwork at my sifu's place.

The first thing my sihing Arthur is hitting is about 800-900 lbs. The second thing my sihing Rick is hitting consists of two telephone poles and my sihing Nick sitting on top of it. Close to or a little over a thousand lbs.

This is my sihing Rick training on the Mui Fa Jong for his footwork. These stand about 5 feet from the ground.

This is my sihing Rob, on the Mui Fa Jong training with the Mok Yee Pai and showing strengthening exercises with them.

I can't help but notice that with all the people constantly asking "how Kung Fu could dominate in MMA" (or, more commonly, constantly harping on how it seemingly "couldn't"), and now the answer is plainly shown, that only a couple of folks are actually interested!

Nvm, that's the way it's always been anyway, lol...

CJ888, be satisfied with the choices you've made, and best regards to your Sifu as well. His example has always been a shining beacon for all in the TCMA, for sure!
