Heh that was cool... Makes me wonder, are there any sandbag forms in Hung Gar?

we do have a form on the sand bag...
the techniques coming from mui fah,ggff and fu hok...

That form is the single bag sau bau jong. The more advanced version has three bags. Also, it is not related to the ching jong.

Man, if I could ever learn a punching bag (don't have sand bag) form, I would be happy...LOL!!!!!
