But a small note of Caution on the don't try this at home front. The take-down into the neck-lock which he calls the crucifix is easy to get wrong. If you loose your balance during the take-down you can fall over straight into the lock. This could seriously injure or even kill your training partner.
Also why no punches to the groin ? Surely a nudge is as good as a wink to a blind testicle!
