Just one question, the rolling on the big blue "noodles", is that to massage/stretch the muscles?

I roll my muscles on stuff too! I don't have a noodle, though. I took a pvc pipe, and duct taped foam around it. When I string it to a tree with a weight, it also makes a great makeshift pole to hit and kick.
