Thanks for the welcome, it is nice to know we are represented.

Who do you train with, how long, etc.? And where in Taiwan are you?

I spent one day in Holland, wish it could have been longer. My shifu learned his Cantonese forms in the Chiu lineage, so we are cousins...or something.

Welcome Morgan,
Wow, you are from Alaska. My brother was born in Fairbanks Alaska back when it was the Territory of Alaska! (back in 1948 before Alaska was a state, our dad was in the Air Force up there.)
And now you are in Taiwan. You found an outstanding teacher; James Yeh is really skilled, really well informed and a great teacher. That is super.
For me there has been a slight shift in my training. I got an odd opportunity to study some Taiwanese Crane Boxing, so for the past year or so I have been doing that. But I am still keeping the southern Shaolin faith!
Take care,
Brian
