I kind of already introduced myself in the general topic posting, but I just saw this topic so here I go...
I am 26 years old and just started training at a hung gar school here in Montreal Quebec, where I am born and raised. I am huge mma fan, but have been a fan of kung fu for as long as I can remember. I am especially fond of Kung fu Movies, mostly the old school variety like Master Killer. Please feel free to send me the names of some of your favourite Hung Gar movies as I am fortunbate to live next to a movie store that has a sick collection of asian movies
Since starting to practice Hung Gar, I have been reading almost everything and anything I can about the system, but I am loving it so far.
This year I am graduating from school and plan on moving to either Korea or Hong Kong to teach english and hopefully I can find a good hung gar school to continue my studies. I doubt this will be a problem in Hong Kong, but I couldn't find much info about Hung Gar schoools in Korea.
Anyhow, glad to be here and I look forward sharing with everyone
