Nice to come across the forum, although I can't figure out the spelling for Kyun (Kuen?).
I've been practicing for about 9 years, some different southern styles/weapons and Wushu also I have taught and competed in San Da for a few years.

I've been studying Lau Family Hung Gar since 2008, so I am happy to be here to learn and share my knowledge.

well, i have studied basic skills, techniques, sets, weapons, applications, sparring sets, sparring, internal trainig, strength and conditioning, language (Cantonese) and i still continue to study, train and research
