Often Jow Ga has been described as having the upper body or hand techniques of Hung Ga and its lower body techniques and footwork Choy Ga. I would be interesting in learning anyone on this thread where those techniques are that distinguish the Hung and the Choy. I may be wrong, but i heard somewhere that Jow Ga has upper body from Choy Ga and lower body from hung ga reversing or combining the two styles top and bottom. i'd been interested in learning more about this concept and specifically where these shapes or techniques are located with the forms. Anyone information on this topic would be appreciated.

thanks
